I am married to my best friend and together we are raising our three darling and fierce daughters.  We own a small business which I get to #bossbabe and I get to make some super awesome people sweat when I teach my group fitness classes at my local gym.  I see opportunity for fun, laughter, and adventure in every day, and do my best to be kind always.  I love Disney, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones, and therefore unnecessarily insert movie quotes into my everyday language, which most of the time goes unnoticed by those not as dorky as myself.  I dig body positivity, strength in women, family who loves me unconditionally, friends who make me a better person, and traveling as much as we can afford to (or can't afford to in some cases).  Have a rad day.  You deserve it.
