Reasons to wear glasses

We at Blue Planet Eyewear have years of experience in helping people choose and buy the eyeglasses and sunglasses that suit their needs, their look and their personality. Whether it’s to improve poor eyesight, to achieve a look, or to protect against the sun or other environmental factors, there are any number of reasons why people choose to wear eyeglasses, readers or shades. In this blog we’ll look at some factors people commonly taking into account when choosing to wear glasses.

  1. Fashion– There is a style of eyewear to suit every personality, look and occasion. With an astonishing range of styles, materials, shapes and colors available, it is easy to select a pair of eyeglasses or shades that will match your outfit and complement your unique facial features.
  1. Affordability – Whether it’s a choice between glasses and contact lenses, or you’re simply looking for fashionable eyewear on a budget, there’s a pair of glasses to suit every budget. At Blue Planet Eyewear we pride ourselves on offering a great range of stylish and eco-friendly eyewear at prices that won’t break the bank.
  1. Protection – One of the most positive features of well-designed eyewear is the protection it affords your eyes. Eyeglasses don’t just protect your eyes from dust and grit, they can also protect eyes from harmful UV rays, while many also feature a coating that can protect from glare.
  1. Convenience – This is one of the main reasons many people with less-than-perfect eyesight choose to wear eyeglasses rather than contact lenses. Glasses are easy to put on and take off, and simple to wipe clean and store. Many people do choose to wear contact lenses … but there’s no denying they are more work than a pair of glasses, needing regular cleaning and replacing.

So there you have it – four great reasons to wear glasses! Check out our full range of eyeglasses and readers on our website, with free and fast shipping on all orders from within the USA.
