Return or Exchanges
Note: We only return & refund products purchased from our online store www.shopblueplaneteyewear.com. We will exchange Blue Planet Eyewear products purchased from our Authorized Retailers. We only refund payments back to the original payment method. Purchases of sale items are all final and not eligible for return or exchange.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the case that you are not 100% Satisfied, and would like to return or exchange your Blue Planet Eyewear product(s) you have 30 days to send it back.
Criteria for Returns or Exchanges
- Must be in brand new condition,
- Must include original packaging (case, promotional materials, i.e.)
- Must Submit Proof of purchase (with visible purchase date)
- Returns or Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery to you.
How to Start your Return or Exchange?
To start your return or exchange submit your request directly to shopbp@blueplaneteyewear.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Include in your request:
- Proof of Purchase
- Order # (If Purchase at www.Shopblueplaneteyewear.com)
- Style # (BP12345)
- Phone #
Once we receive your claim a customer service representative will reach out to you via email and or phone and and Issue you a Return Authorization # (RA#).
Once you receive your RA#, you can return your products to us via the below address. Do not send back products without first getting a Return Authorization number from Blue Planet Eyewear.
Blue Planet Eyewear is not responsible for shipping charges back to our facility or for lost/damaged packages. We strongly suggest getting a tracking number when you send back your product.
